Purchase Policy

Given the nature and intimacy of these items, all items purchased are final sale. Underwear, hosiery, and accessories are also included within this. This is to ensure the sanitary treatment and safety of all patrons. 

Any handmade custom orders can only be sent back 5 days after purchase date for material defects or alterations. Please contact directly via email prior to, to discuss necessary changes and discuss turn around time.

What colors are available? Are there more color options?
All color options currently in stock are on the site below the image. Quantities are already input, and will add available items to cart. There are image headers to inform you that the item is sold out.

I have an event coming up. I’d like to get a custom color. I need this by _____ date can you do it? 
I am happy to explore custom options with you! Please have your color ready at least 2 weeks  or 10-14 days prior to your event. Most items are made with a Lycra spandex, nylon spandex, or polyester spandex, that is either ordered directly from the fabric merchant or picked out in person at a local fabric store. This timeline allows me to create your items, but also ensure that they can be fulfilled in time. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping estimates are built in and based on the  database for the shipping company chosen. Custom orders will ship out once completed within the 10-14 day timeframe. Larger custom orders of 6 or more custom items, that are not the same style may take an additional 3 days for completion. Orders are completed in the order in which they are received.
